Who is Bram?
I make drinks because they saved me.
I started in restaurants washing dishes, somehow ended up in sommelier school… and never finished it. Instead, I became a juicer, which turned out to be exactly where I belonged.
I fell into the world of juice pairings, cocktails, tea, coffee, fruits, vegetables and time — pressing, clarifying, smoking, fermenting and blending until flavors started to speak.
That path took me into some of the best restaurants in the world, where I built beverage programs and liquid experiences around food.
I do this out of passion, curiosity and deep gratitude.
I love learning, tasting, meeting people and being inspired — and turning all of that into something you can hold in a glass.

About Pure
Pure is where my curiosity, flavors, and creativity meet.
I started Pure in September to share my beverage creations — juices, cocktails, teas, and fermented drinks — and to explore what a drink can really be. Recording and sharing them on social media brought an unexpected response: questions, ideas, and excitement.
That’s when I realized there’s a space for personalized beverage programs with the same depth, thought, and intention as a wine pairing. Programs that are unique, tailored, and crafted to elevate experiences — whether for a restaurant, an event, or your own concept.
Pure is about curiosity, flavor, and connection. Every program, every drink, every pairing is designed with passion, experimentation, and care.
